- The product is no longer available (e.g. exited or discontinued).
- The product cannot be delivered or is inaccessible due to our technical fault.
- A technical or compatibility issue occurs that was not previously announced.
You must request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
❌ When Refunds Are Not Granted
- You bought the wrong product.
- You got banned or flagged while using the cheat.
- You changed your mind.
- Your PC is not compatible (if requirements were listed).
- You ignored setup instructions or failed to follow them properly.
💳 Refund Methods
- Crypto & Paysafecard: No monetary refund. You will receive store credit with a +30% bonus.
- Card, Apple Pay, PayPal: Refunded to the original payment method, or store credit depending on eligibility.
- Other methods: Handled case-by-case. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
📎 Proof Required
You must provide solid proof (video, screenshot, etc.) clearly showing the issue. False or vague claims will be denied.
