Welcome to QLMShop. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Service Overview

QLMShop provides digital software products including undetected cheat tools, HWID spoofers, and in-game utilities. All products are delivered electronically and are for personal use only.

2. Legal Restrictions

You may not use QLMShop to crack, reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, or hack video games or platforms. Violating the terms of any game publisher may result in permanent suspension without refund.

3. Eligibility

There is no minimum age requirement to use QLMShop, but you are responsible for complying with local laws. Parents or guardians should supervise minors.

4. Detection and Account Termination

If your product becomes detected or if you violate these Terms, QLMShop reserves the right to permanently revoke your access without refund or warning.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only within 7 days if the product is not detected and the issue is not user-related. For crypto or Paysafecard purchases, store credit (+30%) is issued. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Software Access and Ownership

All software remains the intellectual property of QLMShop or its partners. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Support

Support is available via Discord or email at contact@qlmshop.com. Discord is preferred for faster resolution.

8. Enforcement & Modifications

QLMShop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes. Violations may result in immediate termination, without prior notice, at our discretion.

9. Jurisdiction

QLMShop operates under undefined international jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws when purchasing or using our services.
